We are not ‘just’ tutors: we are scientists.
Beyond science, we choose to specialise in clarifying, explaining, and delving into highly-technical subject matter, as a skill which is intrinsically valuable.
This has applications beyond tutoring. We like solving hard problems, and are available for consultation both on topics related to our expertise as scientists and scientific programming, including the preparation of scientific code, papers and teaching materials, as well as applying ‘scientific thinking’ more generally to non-scientific problems.
